Jennifer Dwyer: Born and raised in Northeast Philadelphia, Jennifer Dwyer has always believed that real estate is about people first. She’s a graduate of Temple University, where she earned a degree in Communications with a focus in Public Relations—skills that now help her market homes effectively and communicate clearly every step of the way.

More than 25 years ago, Jennifer followed her dream to the shore and made Ocean City, New Jersey home. Along with her husband, she has owned and operated several successful businesses on the Ocean City Boardwalk for over 24 years. The Beach is My Happy Place!

After growing up in Upper Bucks County, Pennsylvania, I attended Kutztown University for business marketing. Afterwards, I discovered my true passion for the medical field and started my career in Ophthalmology, working for Wills Eye Doctors as an Ophthalmic Angiographer and Ultrasonographer. As my career grew, I moved to Hunt Valley, Maryland to join Johns Hopkins Retinal Surgeons. After marriage came children and the biggest and best decision of my life: relocate to our Ocean City, New Jersey beach house and enroll the kids in one of the best school systems in New Jersey! Ocean City was not new to me – our family summered here many years and the transition to full-time resident was seamless.

As we settled into our new beach lifestyle, we truly fell in love with this town and all that it has to offer! The close-knit community and relaxed living greatly appealed to our family. Ocean City turned into my “Happy Place,” for sure. Imagine walking on the most beautiful sandy beaches and enjoying the best family resort in America every day! My love for Ocean City and this South Jersey Shore area fuels my desire to help others make my “Happy Place” their home as well. My business marketing education, years of experience in helping people in the medical field and a desire to make a difference in my clients’ lives combine to make me a unique Real Estate Agent.
